“I must have flowers, always, and always.”

- Claude Monet

Who AM I?

Hey, welcome,

I’m guessing you’re here because you’re a nature lover too… or perhaps a little crafty with those hands searching for inspiration?

You’re in safe company here — take all the inspiration you need. And if you’re curiously looking for a custom made artwork, please head over to the ‘Contact’ page.

My name is Jessica Saunders. I’m 35 and live in the South East of England with partner Ben, our little boy Felix, baby girl Bonnie, and sprocker spaniel Bramble (and, up until very recently, six cheeky hens!).

Stained glass found me on my 30th birthday, when Ben gifted me a beginner’s kit. That very same day, I impulsively quit a job I was unhappy in as a birthday present to myself - not knowing what I’d do for work next but knowing in my heart of hearts it had to be creative & using my hands.

From the moment I opened that box, I fell head over heels in love with this heritage craft. I began experimenting with flowers immediately, drawn to their uplifting, healing energy and as someone who excitedly grows them.

A business blossomed quickly, and by the end of my first year, my work was stocked inside Selfridges and featured in magazines. Since then, it’s grown into something that helps support my family, honours my creativity, and allows me to create floral artworks that make people smile and savour the light.

If you’d like to follow along on this honest journey of creativity /self-employment / motherhood, you’re more than welcome to subscribe to my journal — it’s where I share more personal stories and thoughts.

Much love for now,

Jessica
